The Oceanic Experience

The Oceanic Experience is an altered state of consciousness and perception that can be achieved through orgasm or meditations that raise the basic sexual energy (kundalini) to its highest point, in the energy transmission meridians, also called nadis.

It is a condition that involves the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects in concomitance, perfectly aligned and integrated, in order to allow the elevation of perception and awareness to happen.

The heightened state of higher consciousness was accepted and recognized in the 60s by one of the parents of transpersonal psychology: Abraham Maslow. Higher consciousness seems to be the center of unsuspected psychic faculties.

A release. "And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." This has nothing to do with the Gospels, it is an acknowledgment that there is no absolute truth, that life has nuances never imagined. What artist could have created something so perfect and of such magnitude? And who among us will be able to embrace all existential content in its infinite aspects?
