Change is inevitable, but TRANSFORMATION is by conscious choice.

What would happen if we totally shifted our thinking to a growth mindset? It would mean that our mind is always open to infinite possibilities...

A fixed mindset is one that knows, that is, this is what I know and therefore this is what IS and that's it. That doesn't leave us much room to try out the new, don't you think?

In my personal journey, the more I open my mind, to possibilities that seem strange at first, the more they appear in my daily life and that brings me a new reflection.

Sounds pretty easy, right? Well, the first step is to root out belief systems, which create energetic blocks within us, by looking deeply and unraveling the stories and illusions that we consciously or subconsciously buy into. Where did these beliefs come from? Why do I 'believe' in them. They probably come from childhood and were hammered by society and the media in the course of their creation. So they can be a little tricky, STILL, when we have patience, perseverance and a gentle approach, we can dismantle these systems, which are no longer working for us.
Beliefs like "work has to be hard, money makes people bad, men suck, women are crazy".

A giant list. When we generalize, we slip into the realm of black and white, where the world is usually swimming effortlessly in a gray zone. The more we pay attention, the more we can see where we are operating from someone else's opinion.

It's time for you to create your own thinking. Something that is totally yours. Your creation, your magic. You have this beauty, you are worthy of it. The world is your oyster, step forward and create what you want.
