The pandemic and sexual energy: an opportunity to awaken

We are all, or almost all, quarantined, in a process of social seclusion and internalization, or at least we should be, right? And how vital is your sexual / sexual energy during that period?

Every crisis brings an opportunity and every "shadow" the ability to have stronger primordial light, after all, the eyes are used to darkness and any spark of glare is something very visible, almost palpable. In these last days I have seen many manifestations of a diverse people, after all what unites us through and beyond the collective unconscious is the capacity to be human. Will be?

We are a species that brings with it all the other evolutionary kingdoms of nature. The mineral kingdom, represented by the bones and minerals that run through our veins, bringing aspects of the earth element, when the earth receives water giving energy to this fixed element, creates the vegetable kingdom that represents our nervous system and our vitality, the force the combustion that brings with it the consciousness of the astral represented by the dynamo of movement and the animal kingdom, projected on the human as the circulatory system and last, not least, the air element, represented by oxygen, the universal Chi, the fallen manna from heaven, manna that translates the mind into Sanskrit. And differently from the animal that, when it breathes feeds its instinctive intelligence of survival, the human being breathing (in fact breathing, without the survival of the animal instinct) gains spiritual awareness enhancing his ability to tune in with the universe and consequently with that mind collective to which each of us is a part.

And why is that Sasha? Well, we are in a planetary phase where our conscience is being demanded as humanity, as a great cell, from the individual thought as in the collective network to which you are part. I have been realizing that political, social, geographical, religious, beliefs and even those that embrace the area in which I work are generating a certain noise at the moment when it should (should?) Generate greater unity and understanding, or at least one more questioning (and collective) mind of everything that is being portrayed and spoken (and felt) out there.

I was never very involved with religious aspects (which does not put me against any manifestation) and much less political, but many of the “gratiluz” speeches generated an internal noise. Yes, I am meditating and doing my job not to vibrate in fear, let alone in scarcity at this moment so important for the entire planet.

But something has charged me to such awareness (even more). Consciousness that is part of Tantra which is where I work and love and believe so much, after all, it was the path that saved me (one day I tell this story better).

But many of the speeches that I have witnessed, whether by friends in messages, family members or even political speeches through different groups, are being used to demobilize people, making them believe that this movement around the world does not really exist or that it is a supposed conspiracy theory. However, I feel that many of the messages and texts or speeches can be tinged with the expectations of those who pass them on or pass them on, since there is no total exemption from what is spread or what is said, after all we are not mechanics right? We have dear and family people, we have private and collective lives, people we really love involved in the same moment as me, you!

One of the things that weighed me most was trying not to have certain “looks” at the situation, and I don't mean judgments and guesses, but looks that are being demanded a lot, like a political look at what happened and the decisions taken, after all they are the ones who will be definitive if we will be well in a few months or not, and this is far from assuming any partisanship, they are just looks at the leaders in the face of what has happened, against us as a collective, and also stop embracing only “holism” ”In the way of seeing the events, vibrating light, love and healing, which, by the way, I adore and believe very much that it does work, however, it is only part of these forms of vision, and perhaps the least critical, it starts very much from a principle of faith and plenty of inner work.

And why am I saying all this? Because TANTRA is just that movement of consciousness. It is when you consume as much information as necessary so that they cease to be an external intervention and content, something that is brought in from the outside and awakens a maturation in which, from the inside out, active awareness arises, breathing in the themes, in the events , in the parts that compose it individually and collectively.

I often say that TANTRA is nothing more than a behavioral arsenal. How do you deal with the garbage you consume and how do you eat? How do you breathe? This concerns how you deal with the darkest and most disposable aspects of the human being, how you deal with what you "swallow" day after day and how you use your conscience to respond to any type of external intervention that provides you with an answer about your emotions. How do you handle your desire? The primal side that makes us instinctively respond like an animal to the impulse about something. How do you deal with what is happening now?

I, in greater harmony with my sexual energy that I can have until now, prefer to breathe in the introspection that is what is required of me and in the cleansing of many aspects, to accompany the Earth's body in this maintenance of "airs", tuned and synchronized as I can and understand until this moment, which is what Tantra brought me, in addition to fluidity, awareness, that as a human, in my current condition, I can evolve with the planetary body. That with Tantra I continue to walk towards what is required of me as an individual and collective, without generating separatism or more dualities, after all we will never be the same and that is what makes this universe beautiful and colorful, but that does not necessarily need me to do go to war with those who think and feel different from me.

May these differences arise only amicable conversations between nations, between possible friends who bring me different aspects of what I shelter and who may not even know. After all, it was with the path that I take today, that I understood that each one is a bit of me, that each sexual energy is mine, and that I am (the) all (s).

And this is leading me to great transformations, a huge metamorphosis and an enrichment of my own behavioral energy and without denying anything, absorbing and welcoming everything just like Tantra. Good journey brothers. And I am available if you need help to get through this situation.
