Agenda / Professional / Client
posted by Agni Maharani (Tina)
The vast majority of professionals work in an organized manner. They build an agenda calculating their schedules so that all customers feel unique and can have a personalized schedule.
There are some precautions in pre-scheduling, be it days or minutes before. The day and the specific time reserved for a single person, the professional abstains from any personal commitment, prepares the environment in details, acclimatises the room, among other details.
The perfect idea of an appointment is the willing professional, punctual customer, great service and that reverence of giving and receiving the combined value.
I got here to point out what is not legal to do as a client, the professional lives on an agenda, building his salary with the flow of people.
Don't be the customer who:
. Call insistently;
. When making contact, you only ask for a "now" time;
. Minutes before you show up, you deselect for non-urgent reasons, remember that this professional will not have time to supply your schedule with a new appointment;
. Schedule and do not attend;
. Delay is acceptable with setbacks and unforeseen circumstances, but there are those that the hobby is to be late, this hinders the progress in the schedule of this professional;
. Do not hold an appointment if you are not sure if you will attend, if you are still in doubt and wish to keep the appointment, inform the professional of your condition.
I recommend that it is the customer who:
. Be punctual;
. Plan for an appointment;
. In case of withdrawal, try to do this 24h before (at least);
. When you miss or deselect at the last minute, be the client paying at least 10% of the total cost of the session, this should already be the practice when booking a time, showing respect and commitment from both parties.
. Be the empathetic customer, who knows how to put himself in the other's shoes.
Unforeseen events can happen to both parties, this is totally human and acceptable. I wanted to highlight the most routine events using my own agenda as an example. So I savor the burden and the bonus of being autonomous.
Namaste!
