Reaching your full potential with Tantra

We are naturally sexual beings, but what makes some people more sexual than others? Some may say that it has to do with people's aesthetics, but in fact, it is proven to be myth and fantasy. Our physical shape has nothing to do with our ability to be perceived as sexy. So why do some people get so much attention on a daily basis even when they don't follow the "sexy" standard imposed by society?

Does confidence help in this regard? Of course, but that doesn't make him naturally sexy. We are beings made of energy and the more we learn and connect with our energetic self, the more we can release that energy to the universe. And yes, being sexy is all about energy and how open you are to it. This sensual energy exists latent in our bodies and we end up forgetting how to use it.

This is how your journey within Tantra can begin, as you will continually hear how your own energy should feel in your body. Whenever you have that healthy curiosity about your sensual energy and the need to free it from this regime of repression that was imposed on you, try to forget all the taboos and stories that you heard because the moment you start to develop sensorially, and the your body starts to feel consciously, nothing will matter. All external noise ceases to exist and you turn inward, where the real you are.

Today we look at our bodies, relationships and life, in a way that is often divided. We think that sexuality is separate from spirituality. In Tantra, a possibility is offered that teaches you how to integrate sexual energies with spiritual energies. This allows for a divine experience with yourself. And so by rediscovering our native sexual-spiritual energies, we are then able to express ourselves more fully - free of restrictions, beliefs, patterns, for example, shame, guilt, fear, repression or obsession. And this, in turn, allows us to experience our full potential for pleasure and creativity.

How does it happen? In the approach, we use breathing, energetic awareness, meditation and healing practices with disciplines based on human development, generative language and creative self-discovery. Breathing is the key to activating and moving energy (I already wrote here about the importance of breathing, check out My Articles).

We are all full of sexual energy - it is our vital energy. Unfortunately, most of us have no idea what to do with that energy. Tantric practice allows us to learn how to use our creative sexual energy as a gateway to our innermost spiritual, emotional and physical self.

This is true sensuality, being able to open up, to be touched, to want to be ... It's all within you.
