Luggage

What we carry with us all the time, determines many things in our lives. Carry with you the pleasant memories of the landscapes, the people you love, the laughter, the good conversations, the achievements, the beauty of the trees, the flowers, the emotions, the loves, the shared teachings, the kindnesses, the care, the affection, learnings, hugs, kisses and everything else that is difficult to remember and not smile.
Honor your story, welcome it with love, realize how much of it has in you now, how much it has grown you, how much it has taught you. As much as we have had difficult, hard, painful moments, which have left deep marks, it is your story and you carry a lot of it. There is no point in clinging to what hurt. If it still hurts, look at it fondly. Seek help, look for a therapist.
I have a friend in my life who always told me, when he realized that I was vomiting my internal pains over any situation we talked about: “Take this content to your therapist”. I saw this phrase as a very malicious provocation, I felt anger, it woke up my monster. Hahaha
But, isn't it that even though he used irony, he was right? Therapy is life. Looking at us, getting to know ourselves, understanding ourselves, welcoming ourselves, accepting and loving ourselves are situations to which therapy leads us. This is not easy to do on your own. With a helping hand, everything is a little simpler.
Being more and more aware of who you are, how it works in the world, what your emotional triggers are, what voices that are not yours, but still echo in your cultural programming, how you see and act, you are more at ease deal with the feelings that appear.
Self-knowledge makes our luggage lighter, we start to leave behind things that we carry for a long time without any need, just getting tired, discouraged and doing harm: beliefs, certainties, evil looks, hurts, frustrations, destructive memories, shame, judgments, hardness, speeches that were spoken to us in childhood and were recorded as absolute truths ... Releasing emotional weights is indescribably wonderful and helps us to walk in a much lighter and more joyful way.
Tantric therapy plays a fundamental role in this for me. And it can make a lot of sense for anyone looking to carry a lighter and more loving baggage in life.
That when we get out of our beds each day, we have a bigger and lighter luggage to carry and share wherever we go.
Namaste!
