Practiced by women, sitz bath aims to relieve symptoms of diseases that affect the genital region. It is a therapy with natural elements and that complements the allopathic treatment recommended by the doctor.

Baths can be made with essential oils, baking soda, vinegar, white roses, and herbs. Recommended in cases of bacterial vaginosis, genital herpes, candidiasis or burning, the bath helps to clean the region, reduces the risk of infection and increases blood circulation in the area, favoring healing.

The correct form of the bath is to make the total immersion of the buttocks, remain in contact with the water of 3 to 5 minutes. Baths do not cure diseases, only relieve symptoms and in 100% of cases they have no contraindication or side effect.
