surprised to find that as you remember the entire accident, your body and mind will slowly get into the same state they were in when you actually had that experience two years ago. If you were insulted two years ago and you try to remember the incident now, how that fact touched you, how you were insulted, you will also be surprised to see that your body and mind will experience the same state they did, as if you was being insulted again. Everything is being collected in our consciousness and does not disappear. What you have experienced is stored there. If you bring those memories back, you can experience the same things again, and you can get into the same emotions. Nothing is erased from the human mind. But if you felt good while you were meditating today, it is essential that you remember this experience at least five or ten times during the day. In this way, the memory of this experience will sink into your consciousness, and by remembering it over and over again, it will become a permanent part of your consciousness. So, in answer to what was asked, this is how it can be done. And it's important that you do. Many people make the mistake of only remembering the negative and forgetting all the positive. The basic mistake people make is that in remembering everything that was worthless and negative, they forget about everything that has true value. You rarely remember times when you were filled with love, when you felt your body fully alive. You rarely remember times when you felt silence, but you always remember when you were angry and upset, when you were insulted and reacted with revenge against someone. You will always remember times when you were injured and rarely times when you felt nourished. And it's very important to remember those moments that nurtured you. Reminding yourself of them continually will help you in two ways. Most importantly, remembering these moments will create the possibility of them happening again. If someone constantly remembers negative things, it is very likely that they will go through the same kind of experiences again. If someone constantly remembers sad things, it is very likely that he will be sad again, because he will develop an inclination towards those things, and these incidents will keep repeating in his life. All these feelings are stored inside you, and it becomes easier for these emotions to repeat themselves. Try to observe in yourself what kind of emotions you tend to keep remembering. We all have memories. What kind of experiences do you tend to remember? And know that whatever memories you have from the past, they are being planted as seeds for the future, and you will reap the same experience in the future. Your memories of the past pave your way to the future. Consciously forget everything that is worthless. And when such things come to your mind, stop and ask those memories to go away. They are of no use to you. Forget all the thorns and remember the flowers. There must be a lot of thorns, but there are also flowers around. If you remember the flowers, the thorns in your life will disappear, and your life will be filled with flowers. If you remember the thorns, it is possible that the flowers in your life will disappear and you will only be left with the thorns. It depends on the individual, what height he wants to reach. It depends on us whether we want to live in heaven or hell. Heaven and hell are not geographical places, they are subjective, psychological states. Most of you are in hell many times in one day, and many times you are in heaven. But most are in hell most of the time, and some have even forgotten their way back to heaven. But there are people who are in heaven twenty-four hours a day. People on this same planet are living in the sky. You too can be one of them. There is nothing to stop it. Just understand some basic and scientific principles. (...) You asked how to take care of the light experience. If I gave you some diamonds, how would you take care of them? If you found a valuable treasure, how would you take care of it? How would you safely store it? Where would you keep it? You would want to keep it hidden; you would want to keep him close to your heart. (...) Protect these experiences... They are the real coins. They may have inspired you, they may have given you renewed energy, they may have transformed something within you, something new may have been unleashed in you, a yearning for the sublime may have arisen in you. So, take care of those experiences. I explained two methods to you. If you experiment with them, you will understand.”
