Then, strongly contract the pelvic floor muscles, maintaining pressure for a few seconds. The sensation is of pulling the whole region inward.

The idea is to repeat the movements 8 to 10 consecutive times, holding the last contraction for at least 10 seconds.

You can do these exercises every day in order to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Pay attention to your abdominal muscles during practice: they need to be relaxed.

2. Thai balls

Thai balls are great accessories for strengthening your vaginal muscles. To do the exercise, insert a ball into the vagina and start the movement of sucking the next balls with just the force of suction.

After introducing all of them, begin the expulsion process, putting one ball out at a time. This exercise must be done daily for the strengthening of the muscles to occur.

3. Vaginal cones
