How about a break from chores?

You deserve to be happy, live with intensity and be with your soul present.

Every day, take one or many breaks, breathe, feel the gift of life, feel your heart, nurture your creativity, laugh, play, have fun, do things for you, treat yourself with love and care, take care of the your body (you only have one and will use it for a lifetime), do things that give you lightness and pleasure to your mind, soul and heart, take care that the stress is distant, feed the inner peace, let the storm of others with them, keep your attention on the positive things, where your attention is your energy.

Practice good, distribute looks and sweet words, kindness, affection in the soul, contribute to someone materially, nothing is missing, you have enough for yourself and to help.

Take care with love of the things you have, value them. Organize your financial life so that you can live peacefully, without worries. Time is very valuable and you use a lot of it to earn your money. Spending in an unregulated and unrestrained way we end up wasting precious time that never comes back.

Prioritize the quality of your time, be with the people you love and who love you too, allow yourself to be in the middle of nature, throw yourself in the sea, in the waterfall, in the bush, walk barefoot, energize yourself, refresh yourself.

Read, travel, study, watch movies, get inspired, listen carefully, believe in yourself and other people, connect with your intuition and spirituality, focus on the good in things, do what you have to do with goodwill, be kind and pleasant with yourself, forgive yourself, accept yourself as you are, understand yourself, investigate yourself, know yourself and help yourself to grow.

Be grateful for everything you have had the opportunity to learn, for so many amazing courses and books that have been made available to you, for all the people you can share with, for the jobs you can do, for the partnerships, for the nice corner you have to live in, for the food that nourishes you, for the countless possibilities that life gives you every day.

Dedicate yourself to your work with love and awareness of the importance that it has, how transforming and significant it can be in people's lives.

Be happy to be as you are and for everything you have the opportunity to experience.

Look back and see how much you have grown in recent years. Honor all of this and celebrate. You have made great internal achievements. Keep growing. I want to look back a few years from now and see that you have evolved a lot. Take care with affection, we are always together.
