It does great good for health, increases our flexibility, improves our motor coordination, improves cardio respiratory function and can be considered a physical exercise.
Dance often serves as an outlet for everyday tensions, you gain body and mental balance. You have to concentrate to perform all the movements and this generates education for your body, not to mention the release of hormones of pleasure and well being, a consequence of which causes a lot of relaxation after dancing a lot.
Our body only wins when we dance, we feel motivated, it generates a feeling of achievement, sometimes the demand is not just bodily but from the soul.
It drives away all the negative load of everyday life.
Dance has the power to turn a bad day into a wonderful day.
Whoever dances is happier, more relaxed and more sensual. Those who dance are more able to communicate, become more accustomed to dealing with their bodies in an intimate way, and know a lot about their own bodies and their capabilities.
Dance can be an interesting tool for those who want to create relationships, it makes you interact with society, with the environment, puts our mind to work in a positive way and we make friendships. It is able to empower, bring more security and confidence to ourselves.
In view of the advantages that we have through dance, it is worth reflecting on letting this bodily manifestation be part of our daily lives.
