Undress!
posted by Deva Harischandra Jessica
From shame:
To be who you are.
To like what you like.
From your life story.
Of your social condition.
Of your body.
Hardness:
In the look.
In words.
In attitudes.
On the pointed finger.
With yourself.
Of the need:
To win at everything.
To be in the pattern.
Of approval.
Always getting it right.
To look nice.
From the beliefs:
That generate you guilt.
That pull you down.
That you are not deserving.
What you are not capable of.
Of inferiority.
From the speech:
Who judges.
That damns.
That stimulates competition.
How overwhelming.
That destroys.
From the illusion:
That something depends on you.
That you can always get it right.
That you know everything.
That your opinion is right.
That you are worse or better than the other.
Collection:
That the other has to meet your expectations.
That you have to handle everything.
That it has to be perfect.
That you have to please everyone.
That you have to be fine all the time.
From the repression:
To your sexuality.
To your feelings.
To your intuition.
To your freedom.
To your self-love.
Will:
To be enviable.
To have more than the other.
Of superior opinion.
To speak ill of someone.
To blame.
Undress! From everything that doesn't add to you. Everything that is not loving, kind, honest, everything that brings you pain or hurt, everything that can harm someone.
Take care of yourself with affection, cultivate self-love in such an abundant way that it overflows that love and can be distributed wherever you go.
A big kiss in the heart!
Undress! Undress a lot.
