What does your body need?

Physical contact (touch) in a relationship between a man and a woman who do not yet know each other intimately often aims at sex. Some suppress the need to be in a relationship by getting involved casually: with sexual intercourse. And so they satisfy the body's need to be touched and touched. But after the effect of the pleasure hormones is over, the void ends up coming back and so we compensate voids with other voids. And the cycle is repeated again. But where does this emptiness come from?

We are forced to go beyond sex. Get to the root of the issue and come across some unpleasant but necessary surprises. Many of us suffered from some deprivation, some unmet need when we were children. We grow up and reach adulthood with some kind of issue, conflict or compulsion. And we use that to make up for that void.

The inner emptiness becomes a feeling that physically seeks to nourish this injured body in any way: be it through food, drink, excessive sex or any harmful habit that will lead to possible self-destruction. Such a need may stem from the absence of love and affection.

The positive side is that resolving these issues is curable. And the cure is very simple: through touch. Touch without sexual connotation. This is because the experiences lived are stored in our body. It is called body memory. And then, Sensitive Massage comes in. For approximately 1 hour, the therapist can take you with just a touch to access these memories. Sensitive Massage is the touch we didn't get in childhood when we needed it most. The healing touch. The warm, affectionate touch not experienced in childhood.

We need that touch to change the relationship with our body, with the other's body and our relationship with the world.

How are your habits? Do you have an addiction?

Do I get the ringtone easily?

How do I feel when someone touches me?

Observe its relationship to touch.

If you don't know where to start in Tantra, start with some meditation or Sensitive Massage.

Allow yourself!
