It is common for us to forget about the beautiful things that we have the opportunity to enjoy, given the obligations and responsibilities of everyday life.
It's wonderful to be able to stop for a while and give thanks for the daily gifts that life gives us. Here are some examples for us to be inspired and think of many others:
The beauty of sunrise and sunset.
Of the moon and stars shining in the sky.
The smiles that light up the day.
The exchanged pleasantries.
From the nature around us.
The nice and refreshing breeze on a hot day.
To know good news.
From the joy of the people we love.
To contribute to someone's recovery.
A welcome help.
Of a nice conversation.
All that our body, so amazing that it is, can provide us.
Having walked a little more towards self-knowledge.
Of having been able to respond to something difficult with love.
To have a home, delicious food and a nice place to rest.
From reading something inspiring.
To choose your priorities well.
To have time for you.
Having fulfilled your goals for the day.
Having had healthy habits.
To have loved ones, that even if you are not so close, you feel that they are always together.
From the things that are available to you.
To have the opportunity to help someone and do it.
Of dancing.
Listening to pleasurable music.
To find people who make your heart warm.
To sing your way.
To feel free.
To share life with those you love.
To play and smile.
To do something different.
To rest very tasty.
Watching a movie or series that delights you.
Taking care of the things that are important to you.
To be proud of who you have become.
Etc, etc, etc ...
We have a lot to be thankful for. That even in the face of stumbling, falls and tripping that cross our path, let us not forget that.
