Urinary incontinence is the involuntary loss of urine, which passes through the urethral canal, and may affect both men and women.
It dramatically affects the quality of life, well-being is the self-confidence of those who develop this disorder.
The muscle that works as a "valve" that controls the opening and closing of the urethral canal is called the sphincter, when incontinence sets in, the sphincter is weakened and urine leaks involuntarily, sometimes in coughing, flatus (pum) or even even laughter.
