Inhale, exhale and enjoy
During the day, we maintain unconscious breathing several times. In fact, this is our first reaction when we don't want to lose control of the situation. It's in part an instinctive reflex that everyone seems to have and that puts us a lot of limits. Unfortunately, it's also the technique most of us resort to when trying to bring about an orgasm. We tense our bodies and hold our breath. No one wonders why orgasm cannot be achieved in this way. Most of us breathe unconsciously during attempts; however, it is easier and more natural to achieve a long, deep, and full orgasm as a result of the dance between tension and relaxation, contraction and expansion. If we use our breath consciously, both tension and holding it in can lead to an incredible orgasm after charging the body with a great deal of air. There is a big difference between the orgasms you have after masturbating for five minutes under the sheets and holding your breath so you don't make a sound, and the orgasms you can have after an energetic, mindful tantra session. In the first case, orgasm occurs mainly in Organs genitals and surrounding areas. This is the maximum distance that orgasmic energy can cover in such a short time and with minimal breathing. In the second, you sometimes feel that the orgasm occurs throughout your body, coming out like a shot to the top of your head.
In the tantric session I guide my interactants about possible breaths, we discover one in which you feel comfortable and breathing you will feel all the orgasmic power of the universe in every part of your body.
How about inhaling, exhaling and enjoying to close this year with a golden key?!
I await you with love and conscious breathing...
