Massage to reach orgasm?
[Art "Orgasm", by Axel Rodriguez Martinez]
Each woman has her own way of achieving orgasm. For some, just a quickie. For others, the climax only happens through many preliminaries and strategic positions.
But how about using the massages to get there?
In the United States, there is OM (Orgasm Meditation), a technique created by Californian Nicole Deadone, 43 years old. She developed what her students call sex pilates. One of the techniques is for a man to massage the woman's left side, above the clitoris, for about 15 minutes.
Nicole's project, which aims to make women feel from chills to multiple orgasms, yielded a book, "Slow Sex: The Art and Craft of the Female Orgasm", launched in May this year. year, in English only. Brazilian women who are interested in the technique already find in Brazil a place that works with a similar concept.
No Metamorphosis Center, which has units spread across Brazil, is offered its own "sexless orgasm" method. The technique aims to massage the Yoni (vagina) and was developed by Deva Nishok, based on observations and research done here in Brazil since 1996.
The coordinator of the Metamorfose Center, says that, in general, women are unaware of their potential for pleasure. "The female body is very sensitive to sensory stimuli, all of which has the potential to be orgasmic". And he reveals: "With tantric massage, women experience different touches throughout the genital organ, enhancing the level of pleasure. Through the technique, many women have multiple orgasms, including ejaculatory ones, for the first time in their lives."
Deva claims that there is a difference between massage and tantric sex. In tantric sex, the couple goes through a sensory development, which can be acquired by massages, for example. The man needs to maintain an erection for a long time, from 2:30 am to more, and many of them, when they receive the massage regularly, get to experience the erection after ejaculating. "In massage, you prepare the body for this experience, increasing energy and libido, bringing physical conditioning to the penis and clitoris", he explains.
To perform the massage, the professionals use latex gloves and lubricating products, such as grape seed oil, to drain the lymph fluids from the inner thighs, which stimulate the lubrication of the vagina. The duration of the massage is 1h30, not including the time dedicated to explain how the technique works: o Deva Nishok method and the gains it provides.
First, a gentle massage is performed on the outer lips, the swelling and extrusion of the clitoris, that is, the increase in the size of this organ and the release of the ligamentous bonds of the pubic bone. "The clitoris is extremely sensory and, with stimuli, it wakes up to very intense levels of pleasure," explains Deva.
The inner lips are also massaged, where two glands are located, Skene's and Bartholin's, which are responsible for lubricating the vagina. "The 'G' stimulation produces very intense energy levels, leading many women to experience vaginal orgasms and neuromuscular spasms," says the coordinator. Then, vibrators are used to work the clitoris, providing multiple orgasms.
When the massage is offered to the couple, the therapist alternately applies the technique to the clients, while the partner interacts. With professionalism and ethics, all constraint is broken. "Thus, confidently, the couple enters levels of orgasm and intimacy that are often unknown," explains Deva.
The same care is taken with women when they are massaged by other men. "They indulge in profound experiences of orgasm, healing and joy. There is a great rupture and paradigm shift with regard to pleasure and how to deal with the body."
Depending on the objective of the clients, Deva recommends performing sensory development, consisting of several sessions. Once a week would be recommended.
