Conscious Masturbation
Some tips for an intimate moment of your own:
- Reserve a time and place for yourself, where you will not be disturbed;
- Prepare the environment with things that you identify and give you pleasure (example: aromatic candles, incense, mirror, music you like, erotic accessories etc);
- Before you start, ask your spirit guides (or what you believe) so that this moment is blessed and that you can access your pleasure, your sexual energy as a moment of self-nutrition, ecstasy and inner peace;
- Begin to undress by exploring each part of your body very slowly;
- Bring your breath to your abdomen, make it slow, deep and smooth, relax your jaw, close your eyes and feel the air expanding from your abdomen to the rest of your body, follow this way;
- Whenever you exhale, express as much sound as possible at the moment, bringing a sense of relaxation and ecstasy, as if it were a groan of pleasure. It may be that you start shy, but gradually you will loosen up more, the music and the slight movement of your body (which can be standing, sitting or lying down) will help you to loosen up. The more sound you breathe out, the more internal pleasure you will experience. Keep giving yourself up, letting your orgasmic potency express itself. Hearing your own sound, your groan, will give you more and more pleasure;
- With awareness in that breath, imagine a red light expanding from the first chakra (perineum region) and little by little it will involve your whole body, merging with your aura until it involves the entire space you are in. This visualization grows and continues throughout the masturbation;
- Caress your whole body with your fingertips (claw hands), do not leave any part untouched;
- On the genital (penis), make very slow movements (don't accelerate, you already know that), use a gel or oil that you like, make circular, rotational movements, from the bottom up, without much force or pressure, keep observing yourself;
- Let your body express all the sounds and vibrations that come up. Do not contain anything;
- Go on this self-exploration without haste, with nowhere to go;
- When you feel it, close your eyes and let yourself be carried away by the self-touch, just feeling and perceiving the sensations in the body, nothing more. Make love with your whole body;
- Gradually you will find yourself in an orgasmic state, super nourished by yourself. Stay at least thirty minutes in this practice;
- Do not seek orgasm, let it happen naturally if it has to happen;
- When you feel full, whether you have ejaculated or not, give thanks for the experience, for the blessings of the moment, for the pleasure accessed, thank your body.
