Independent woman

In the not so distant past we could not decide our choices, our relationships and our rights.

The independent woman in the present time is not waiting for the prince charming, she does not trust her happiness in the presence of a man or some relationship. You will hardly see this woman complain, she goes to fight, is busy creating solutions to problems.

There is no stereotype of independent women, there are those who wear heels, jeans, a blazer and even those who wear flats, sneakers and flip-flops. No matter the profession, she earns her own livelihood, her goal is to do it with mastery and better and better.

We like to be loved, but that is a far cry from emotional dependence. We want our spaces, our commitments alone, we don't like to be controlled or to have our steps watched. Everything is well managed in the life of an independent woman, she is selfish with her choices, but has empathy to make room for other people. She is not arrogant and does not walk over anyone. She is decisive, determined and pragmatic. She sets healthy boundaries and carefully chooses who to bond with.

We don't want the title of the duty that no matter how independent we are, it's normal to be a housewife (also), this is retrograde, within relationships men do not assume these duties (with exceptions), the woman works outside and has to take care of it of household chores. A classic example is where we only find professionals who work as day laborers being women, this is as if it were an exclusively female profession.

An independent woman is the protagonist of her own story, I say and say: a woman's place is wherever she wants!
