What Comunna Metamorfose means to me

For me, Comunna is a living portal for awakening consciousness, which manifests itself not only in that physical space, wonderful by the way, but through every person who has had his life transformed by him.

Through the knowledge and experiences provided by a beautiful, strong, assertive, loving, welcoming egregore, who works for healing and unconditional love, brings people infinite possibilities for transformations in their lives.

I arrived in Comunna for the first time in May 2018 to participate in the workshop “The way of love”, conducted by Deva Nishok. I allowed myself to live this experience because I had two sessions of tantric therapy in the same year. One in January and one in February.

It was so liberating that I became interested in training in tantric therapy, but I wanted to experience other Tantra worshops first. I went to see the place that had trained the therapist who conducted the first jobs I experienced and provided me with feeling so good, so alive.

When I arrived at Comunna, I had so many fears, so many shame, so many roadblocks ...

It was difficult for me to allow myself to dance in that hall, to experience the active meditations that I thought were so crazy, always concerned with what they were judging me about, full of innumerable internal locks.

“The way of love” was an experience of getting in touch with very high vibrations, of failing to give importance to many unimportant things, of seeing people and letting myself be seen, of freeing myself to dance my way, with joy , without shame, without rules, without concern with judgments.

It was an experience of getting in touch with love hugs, real, long hugs, full of high feelings, that give us the feeling of embracing the entire universe. To get in touch with looks that are true dives in the beauty of existence. I met people I love and who are very important to me.

I started listening to music every day and realizing how much music has the power to change our vibrational state, I started to allow myself to dance, which significantly improved my quality of life.

My second experience at Comunna was “Melting”, a workshop inspired by the Tibetan Book of the Dead, created, developed and conducted by Deva Nishok. I had an incredible death and rebirth experience. It was beautiful to say goodbye to the people who are part of my life, to feel how immense my love for them is, to die and be reborn with people who had the greatest affection, care and respect with each other's processes.

I danced, played, laughed, had fun, lived active meditations, breathing experiences. I was brought into the encounter with my widest and deepest existential ocean, in fact.

I was already more prepared. “The way of love” had already opened my heart to allow me to live more deeply tantric experiences. It was subtle, natural, I already felt at home and I could be the dance, be the music, be the look, be the embrace, be the meditations, be the death and rebirth, I could simply be, feel the unity of life.

My third experience at Comunna was participating in the workshop “Powers of the Female”. It was a meeting with many women who shared their lives, their emotions, their feelings, exposed their wounds, their pains, and together, through so much wisdom and so much love in the experiences conducted by Aysha Almee, we were taken to healing processes, self-discoveries, self-knowledge, looking with gratitude towards our ancestry, contact with our strength, with the support of each other ...

We danced in the woods, painted our bodies, made circles, danced, exchanged experiences, shared. We salute our ancestry, rescue, bring it back, take possession of the feminine strength in us.

We open channels for intuition, for self-knowledge, for healing ourselves, for assent, for love.

My fourth experience at Comunna, were the four modules of training in Tantric Therapeutics. It was to turn inside out, a stir in the soul, it was to surrender and allow for many experiences that allow us to get rid of bonds, the deconstruction of beliefs, breaking paradigms. Get in touch and acquire extremely significant knowledge for the transformation of my life and whoever comes to me to know this beautiful and liberating work that is tantric therapy.

Each experience and knowledge transmitted was incredible. It is incredible to perceive itself as a channel capable of bringing people to themselves. Aware at the same time of how Deva Nishok (who conducted the training and created and developed the method with which I trained in this training) said: “The training you are having here is the beginning, the beginning, the beginning, the beginning beginning...". I can only be thankful for having started at this school which I love and honor so much.

I consider myself a little piece of Comunna that lives outside it, a small cell, but that takes its essence of healing and unconditional love with you.

The Community lives in me and in each person who gave herself and allowed herself to live that sacred place, of light, of an exuberant nature, of strong spirituality, of connection with the essence, of transcendence, of encounter with herself, of contact with love unconditional, healing, integrating mind, body, soul and heart ... Where the flow of life and experiences bring profound teachings to our spirits.

I always want to return to this living organism, which helped me find my purpose in this earthly experience. Comunna was my portal to spirituality. Whenever I return from there, I am another. It is a place that has this transformative power. I express here my love and my gratitude for the existence of the people who built, support and sustain this place.
