What are you good at?

Look inside. What is it about you that is admirable? Can you see?
Why do you judge yourself so much? If you charge so much? Being so hard on you? Why exalt the things you don't appreciate about yourself? Everything that we do not accept and deny, grows.
Of course, realizing what is not cool for us is important, only from there can we change for the better. But today, I am talking about recognizing its strengths, its value, its qualities, its riches. All we have. And many. (Just remembering that good, bad, right, wrong, legal or not legal are very particular concepts and that depend a lot on the worldview and moment of life of each one).
Take some time to highlight your good things, those that you feel were born with you, your talents, skills and positive characteristics so natural that you can't even recognize yourself without them.
Also dedicate yourself and celebrate for each one of your qualities built along your trajectory, observe with love the things themselves that have been cut, sculpted, deconstructed and rebuilt.
Each of them has immense value. Nourish the delicious feeling of being that infinite source that generates possibilities in the journey of your history.
Celebrate how much it was worth to realize each shadow that could be welcomed and transmuted. Observe and perceive how you have grown in different aspects during your life, how you have gone through difficult times, but which were fundamental for you to understand some things, that it is very possible that you would not have had the opportunity to learn what you have learned from them, if not had lived them.
You went through many obstacles and knew how to take advantage of them for your evolution. This is beautiful! We have to celebrate.
I have realized how much I have been and am a tyrant with myself. How much I covered myself and I charge myself to fit in a world that was presented to me and that I took as a model. I have freed myself from this conditioning step by step, day by day ... Watching me and questioning me a lot from where this voice, this rule, this pattern comes from. Leaving automatic responses and stopping to think. I believe it is the most important deconstruction of my life.
Today I can recognize myself as a determined, empathetic, intelligent, responsible, creative, reliable, dedicated, loving, caring, studious person, available ...
Do that too. Look at yourself with a lot of love, and dedicate yourself to listing your strengths and qualities. Value them, celebrate each one. You deserve soooo much!
