Orgasm and Childbirth
posted by Thuani Stolf
Orgasm is a phenomenon that can happen through breathing, dancing, massages, movements, and at the moment of delivery all the energy and the enormous power that the body vibrates, can lead us to live a great Orgasm!
Yes, the same hormones (oxytocin and endorphin) and the same systems (sympathetic and parasympathetic) are activated in order to generate orgasm and also to dilate and expel a baby at birth.
The body contains (contraction) the energy and then expands it (dilation), in a rhythmic and increasing movement, each time containing more energy and then releasing more and more pleasure until ecstasy (childbirth). The more contention, the more pain, as well as the more relaxed, the more dilation and the more pleasure. The resemblance to the path to orgasm is no coincidence. Childbirth is a sexual event!
However, our culture lives far from ecstasy, we live the normosis rule, so much energy is felt by us as pain, we are afraid to expand our limits and access a field between the material and the subtle, touching the sky is not something we hope to live during life, but that's what our bodies do naturally and masterfully!
There are tribes where women do not know the pain of childbirth. They are people who are still connected to nature. That is, giving birth hurts or the repression of pleasure made us so limited that we fear our own power?
Sexual repression and a lack of self-knowledge have led many people to surrender the most important moment of their lives, birth, in the hands of others.
For the woman to feel confident about having a natural and organic birth, her sexuality must also be lived with integrity and spontaneity. Intimate of her vagina, confident in the power of her sexual organ to enjoy and also to gestate and give birth in any way she wants, we can expand our powers of being a Woman!
