Skin
Senses Series

The skin is the largest organ we have and it oozes potential. Do you seek to explore this potential? Through the skin we can connect with each other in a transcendental way. Whoever receives the touch connects to the present moment, can access memories contained in their cells. Whoever donates feels the texture, the heat, the sweat, the shiver, feels the receptivity of the divinity that entrusts it.
The touch creates connection with the other. How can you not remember the first time you felt the touch of your love running through your body, feeling every millimeter of your skin? The cuddle that is being able to hug a son or daughter to be able to welcome him in a unique hug that only you can donate. A body that is not used to receiving touch will usually have rigid muscles or will not be able to deal with displays of affection and caresses many times. To open space to feel beyond the enjoyment of the genital organ is to open new paths to be explored; it is to open a world of possibilities not yet recognized; it is no longer underestimating all the potential and magic found in the skin; is to dance in the air through touch.
Tactile stimuli increase the body's electrical potential. The increase in electrical potential acts on cells and glands, producing a physiological result with effects on the mind and emotions, producing reflexes on behavior. Some research shows that there are physiological and biochemical changes when the surface of the skin is well stimulated.
Exercise: Sensitive Massage to perform with the partner.
Duration: 40
First Stage: Very subtle and slow touch on the naked body.
Touch your partner's body with your fingertips. Imagine that golden fingers come out of your fingers and connect with the skin. The lighter and slower the touch, the better for the recipient.
Remember presence, bring attention to your partner's entire body. Feeling every detail of the skin.
Who receives: Welcome the touch and focus your attention on the skin. This is not a time to think about what needs to be done next. It is a moment of surrender here and now.
Second Stage: Whoever donated now receives it.
Third Stage: Integrate the experience. Keep silence.
