How have you started your days?

Upset because you had few hours to sleep?

Do you wake up tired and unwilling to get up and do the things you need to?

Are you already looking at your cell phone, using the little time you have before going to work reading, answering messages and exploring social networks?

Do you eat well and enjoy what you are chewing?

Calm! It's okay not to wake up humming every day, super willing for everything. With no intention of the dictatorship that you have to be fine all the time. It just doesn't do for this to be a constant, right?

The rush of everyday life, the urgencies that life in society imposes on us, the needs that are not always so necessary, tend to rob us of energy as soon as we wake up.

Many times, we get out of bed stressing ourselves, worried about the tasks to be accomplished, with the commitments soon, to handle all the things that are expected of us, tiring our mind, body and spirit. This is a common behavior, given the way we were raised and we didn't even question if it's good for us, if it's cool, if it really has to be that way, we've just been swallowing the programming that was presented to us as a model to be followed.

Taught that life is a war, that every day you have to “kill a lion”, that nothing comes easy, that money doesn't fall from a tree, that you have to compete and be the best in the stone jungle.

And the importance of smiling, being light, enjoying the moments, sharing, giving and receiving, feeling, valuing yourself and others, listening to our bodies, the need for breaks, did anyone teach us?

Try to start your day pleasantly, look at yourself, know what gives you pleasure, makes you feel alive, warms your heart, warms your soul. Realize and allow yourself to enjoy things that take you to a place of peace, harmony, delight before stepping out onto the street and leaving for work.

Stretch yourself, listen to music, dance, take a relaxing bath, if you have the opportunity, shower your love with a shower of kisses, trance, have fun, smile and laugh. If you're alone, date yourself. Have a delicious coffee prepared by you and for you, dress yourself in something that makes you feel good, look in the mirror with affection, praise yourself, say you love, be generous and gentle I can.

These are just ideas of course, everyone will find the best way to love themselves a little in the morning, before starting their "obligations". And within your means at the moment.

Try to do your job with love, whatever it is. Dedicate yourself, try to have maximum pleasure in doing it. Give thanks for the good things he can give you. Because of the opportunities to deal with people who inspire or teach you, even if not always in such a pleasant way, each person who crosses our path ends up teaching us something.

Give thanks for what your work can do to other people and don't forget to take every opportunity you have to throw a look, a gesture or a word of love and affection whenever you can.

I wish your dawns to be happy and lead your whole day to a pleasant, peaceful night, full of high feelings and good vibrations, so that you lie down and rest with a heart full of love and that it takes you to a very fruitful night of rest, restoration and beautiful dreams, ending in a dawn full of light and the will to live. So be it!
