Treat yourself, Meditate!

We all go through times when we hate each other, we don't like our bodies much, much less are we aware of our sexuality and our pleasure. For all of these issues, it is very important to develop self-knowledge as a source of deep connection with your essence.
Developing self-knowledge goes through a process of releasing fears, shame, taboos, anxieties, doubts, judgment, among others, and then free of all these bonds to experience a life full of joys, smiles, wisdom, fullness and great lightness.
In this context, meditations fall like a gift, as they offer techniques that allow you to reach a state of pure consciousness - without any content - releasing what is there preventing the fluidity in life. That way we get to know each other better, forgive ourselves for our possible mistakes, feel more, accept life as a gift, dropping the weights, really discovering who we are, what we want, what is really important for each one.
Communication becomes fluid, we are sincere with everyone and especially with the most important person in the world - yourself - and we begin to love each other. But, even so, we don't know our body very much, we don't know how we like to be touched, what gives us pleasure, which areas of my body are more pleasurable, which I still don't allow myself.
So, at that moment it is time to combine meditation with the body touch and start to feel the greatness that is the body, the strength and power that emanates from every body detail and start reading and maybe rewriting, if you want, your own story , which is beautifully recorded in this book that is only yours, YOUR BODY.
The combination of meditation with the appropriate body stimulus provides great knowledge about the body and the pleasure that can be experienced. It clearly shows the perception of where we want to be stimulated, how we want to be stimulated, what gives us pleasure and how we want to experience that pleasure. The consequence of using these practices is that we become happier, more fulfilled, safer, more communicative, with high self-esteem, lovers of our own bodies, empowered for life.
So, take advantage of meditation techniques, including the autotouch, and let self-love happen.
