How many things do we do for the need to be recognized?

Since babies, we start to learn that certain attitudes generate approval and others generate disapproval. And in the search for being loved, we condition ourselves to do what we believe will bring us recognition from those people whose opinion we deem important.
We kill ourselves all our lives to do things in the expectation of feeling loved, recognized and belonging.
It is up to the reflection of looking inside, accessing our essence and rethinking if it is worth so much effort and energy expenditure.
Worrying about other people's opinions or doing what your heart boils over?
To follow the concepts of right and wrong of the society we were born in or allow yourself to know and live your own truth?
Making choices and being responsible for living them or meeting the expectations placed on us?
Be free or get carried away by programming?
Living life according to the social guide or experimenting?
Flying or giving in to repression?
Life is too vast and abundant for us to prune, castrate and repress. It offers us endless possibilities of choice on a daily basis. Sin is depriving yourself of life. Let us leave repressions to those who impose them. Let's be what we are, welcoming, loving, truthful, wholesome, honest, accepting and seeking self-knowledge and personal growth.
The development of each one of us goes first through self-knowledge and self-love, and if we don't get out of the social gear, we never know ourselves, we never think for ourselves, we never hear our inner truth.
For more love and freedom, for more affection in the soul and loving looks, for more fertile ground to let spontaneity flow, to expand awareness, to make the connections that really matter to us.
May each of us be independent and whole in every way to live the way we choose. May we be full of ourselves, overflowing with self-love, so that we can also look at others with compassion and understanding. A welcoming look and not a look that judges how we are used to being looked at throughout life.
It is beautiful to see how much we have evolved in this direction in recent years. There is still a lot to learn and grow, it's true. But we have taken big steps towards a more dignified life in every way. Many prejudices have been revised, discussed and resinified. Love is the way, I believe.
That we can observe and perceive ourselves with attention and affection, and consciously differentiate what actually represents our wishes and choices, and what we were taught and has nothing to do with us. May we have discernment and be true to our particular infinite.
A beautiful, free, abundant and overflowing life for you!
