Sedentary lifestyle and self-pity, the look of Tantra
posted by Deva Bebaak (Bren)
The issue of sedentary lifestyle and self-pity is in people's daily lives. Putting themselves “down” is very common. Generally speaking, moods have to do with the state of the body's humors, that is, hormones. The body is not suitable for sitting all the time, and at one time or another the bill arrives, with illnesses.
Many, even sick people, do not wake up to something more basic: the inner feeling. And so, how do you feel about everything that is going on? In the name of a supposed financial sum, many embrace suffering without realizing it. For example: the body suffers in #silence when a person spends 8 hours (and often much more) a day sitting in front of a computer.
With developed sensitivity, the body no longer accepts certain behaviors. When it comes to nourishing your body, this is clear! If you smell the ultra-processed sausage and allow yourself to chew that “food” many times, the person, naturally and effortlessly, will start to reject it.
Changing habits to deal with sedentary lifestyle and self-pity
So when we come across what people crave we realize the dead end. Dealing with these issues of sedentary lifestyle and self-pity is all about habits. In this way, putting on one or another Tantra practice throughout the day helps.
Everything that doesn't make sense to Tantra, whose “meaning” is to feel, which may seem like a paradox, is the variable consciousness. So, time shows us that follow the trail it's also about living better. Life itself is the present. The Here and Now is what exists. Survival issues are minor consequences of being in Tantra and experiencing abundance, from the point of view large.
Thus, the idea is for you to look at your life from the immediate horizon, without overlooking the long term. The here and now presents many perspectives for change. If it's about changing your life, it's worth changing a habit. And the best habit to start is to put a tantric meditation into your everyday life, or a Tantra Yoga technique. Whatever! The important thing is to start small, so that big changes can occur in the medium and long term.
As in “chaos theory”, the flapping of a butterfly's wings can generate a hurricane. Small actions generate big changes over time! But if the key variable is awareness, then use the best awareness-expanding technique for you.
