be abundant

What does it mean to be an abundant person for you?
A friend recently invited me to participate in a 21-day journey of Deepak Chopra meditations, and on one specific day, I was provoked to think about people I know and consider abundant. It was very nice to make this reflection.
I thought of people who work with what they love, most of them less hours than usual, which makes them have time to do other things that delight their hearts and feed their souls as well.
They are people who enjoy having attitudes that contribute to life and the development of others. Who like to take care of people, in a variety of ways, make a difference in life and inspire many people around them. They know the value of time, are dedicated to connecting with nature, keeping their minds healthy, they have lots of light, they are attractive, the conversation flows freely with them, they have empathy, they are fun, they have a beautiful look to see the beautiful in places most people cannot see, they are simple and light, they are affectionate and intelligent, and they have a beautiful history in their walks. It is a gift to get to know them and share with them. Next, I'll talk a little bit about aspects of each one that make me admire them a lot.
First person
It's a friend I met at a mutual friend's birthday party, which was a very informal get-together on the beach. It caught my attention in a very positive way, the gift she brought her: an already-read book and cherry tomatoes, which he himself planted, harvested, seasoned and delivered in reused glass.
He teaches English in a very fun and intelligent way, catches people's attention in a natural and pleasant way, brings intelligent social reflections that make us rethink many issues, everyone is included in the conversations so that they can interact at ease.
He always has cool ideas that contribute to people's quality of life and well-being:
Developed a game for people who want to backpack around the world and don't know how to do it yet. Helping them in this way in a fun way.
He rides a bicycle and carries books in his basket. When he parks, he leaves a sign making his books available so that people passing by can enjoy reading.
It proposes the creation of community gardens in unused spaces in cities.
He always posts that lead us to deep reflections, writes fun texts that also lead us to rethink our schedules, plays the guitar, sings, he is always kind and loving with everyone around him.
It helped me a lot to open my eyes to many questions about me, about life and about
freedom. And I know there's another crowd for whom he did the same, naturally and spontaneously, perhaps without even realizing it.
second person
She's an amazing woman I met in a Biodanza class. She is a yoga instructor, has an immense love for what she does, is fun, has a beautiful smile, calls us “my heart” and if that wasn't enough, she does a wonderful job with forest medicines. Beautiful work, transforming and overflowing love.
She has calmness, clarity, assertiveness, a peace of mind that always leads her to say “It's all right”, even in the face of adversity. It is a strong presence in the love and fluidity of life.
She has a beautiful journey towards self-knowledge and is always willing to contribute to everyone around her. She is loving, welcoming and takes care of a lot of people, she represents a powerful support to people in their most difficult moments.
Third person
She's also a great woman. I met her at a Reiki course. Very spiritualist, strong, assertive, powerful, secure, loving and beautiful too. Call them all "beautiful". What a light!
He gives beautiful, reflective lectures that make a difference in the lives of many people.
It does incredible social work, helping around 40 families a month.
It also develops a beautiful work with a forest medicine, contributing to the self-knowledge of many people, sustaining a therapeutic space of light, love and healing.
She is fun, humorous, intelligent, caring, empathetic, welcoming, loving, available. Wonderful!
It has a beautiful garden, built with your skillful hands, your caring soul and your giant heart.
Gives Reiki to people who are looking for it, even goes to other cities, with their own resources, to assist those in need.
fourth person
Another great woman I met at the school where I work. She is a pedagogue. Beautiful person. He is the person I know who lives closest to what I see in Jesus' teachings.
It's simple, it values things that are very different from what is encouraged in our consumer society. It is aware and active in environmental and social issues.
He knows the history of each student at the school, and does everything he can to improve their quality of life. His gaze is loving, free from judgment. You have a life dedicated to helping those most in need. What woman! You knew! Incredible! Transforming! How I admire her!
It has 4 houses in its backyard, which he calls “Open Condominium”. They are little houses that he built with all the love to shelter those who are unable to maintain a place to live. Tell me if she doesn't have a big heart...
He has adopted children and godsons a lot.
They are inspiring lives, happy hearts, vibrating so that others can also rejoice. I consider myself very happy to get to know them, share moments and learn a lot from each one of them.
Of course, you also know stories like these, which can and should be shared so that people can be inspired by them. Share with me if you feel like it. I leave my e-mail here, and feel free to send me beautiful stories that overflow your heart.
