When we get involved sexually with someone, all the senses are stimulated, however, we explore the senses a little due to lack of knowledge or interest.

Vision allows us to get in touch with what the other person has that is more valuable than his soul, after all, the eyes are the windows of the soul.

We are usually not used to looking the other person directly in the eye, being present and silent. This can initially cause discomfort, shame or shyness, few couples allow themselves to this experience, but when going through this discomfort something magical happens!

Maithuna is a tantric experience for couples. We work with the Tratak which is a powerful meditation, uses eye contact with the partner's eyes, it is possible to meditate in the presence of the other's gaze. This meditation can activate specific emotions during the experience.

This meditation is also part of the workshop for you to practice.

Sit in a comfortable and relaxed position facing your partner.

Breathe deeply through your nose, filling your lungs, relaxing your jaw and leaving your mouth open. For 20 minutes keep the connection fixed with your partner's eyes, avoiding blinking.

Individual: Place a lighted candle and keep your eyes fixed on the candle for the entire period.

At the end of the time lie down and observe the experience in silence. End the meditation.
