Symptoms - What is the body asking for?
The disease is a state of the human being that indicates that, in his consciousness, he is no longer in order, he registers that there is no harmony. This loss of inner balance manifests itself in the body as a symptom. The symptom is a sign that forces us to pay attention to it. The symptom warns that the balance of our inner forces is compromised. Informs us that something is missing. In the past, it was customary to ask a patient what he is missing, he always responded by explaining what he felt. Today we asked him right away what he is feeling. These two questions are very significant. If nothing was missing, he would be in perfect and complete health. However, when something is lacking in health, the disease manifests itself. So, what you have is the proof of the lack of Consciousness, and therefore, you have a symptom.
Once people understand the difference between symptom and disease, they will no longer see the symptom as a major enemy. In this way they will be able to overcome their disease and become more aware.
All our psychosomatic language, interrelate between body and psyche. If we can decipher this double meaning attribute, typical of our language, we will soon be able to hear what the symptoms have to say to us, and thus achieve true cure. Refusing to listen to the symptoms will not make them go away. The cure happens exclusively by transmuting the disease and never by winning over a symptom. Healing happens through what is lacking and, therefore, it is not possible without an expansion of consciousness. All the body can do is to reflect the corresponding states and conditions of consciousness itself.
We need to be attentive to the speech of the body, to the needs of the soul. How many summed up repressed emotions we do not release and cause disease to trigger in ourselves. We look for medicines, but we don't actually treat the disease, we just mask the symptoms. And this is only for a certain time, because at some point the body manifests elsewhere or more aggressively in a cry for help. It is necessary to look at the body, listen to it, allow it to release the emotion that was repressed and give it what it lacks, so that the energy flow starts to flow naturally without the blockages caused and health integrates again. It takes conscience.
