About meditating ...

People often ask me:
Can you meditate?
How can you stay so long, doing nothing?
In fact for me this was also an almost impossible mission until I got to know the active meditations.
As Osho said: Dance as much as you can, in a frenzy, madly and if you put all your energy into it, there will come a moment, suddenly, when you will see the dance happen on its own. This is action without action.
In short, we can only reach inaction after getting rid of all the craving, all the hate, all the greed! Only then will you be able to go towards inner peace, to the Dharma that will reveal your truth here on Earth.
Meditation is an energetic phenomenon that like everything else in the universe circulates in a double polarity!
So energies go from negative to positive, from positive to negative!
So life needs the opposite, the challenge from both poles!
Active meditation is this contradiction!
After putting yourself into extreme activity you will be able to be silent without any effort!
Active meditations are then a preparation to make you more aware than you normally are! Then comes the waiting and meditating just happens! Get down, play and dance around it. Brightens, cleans and transmutes everything!
