We are many in one

We assume and identify with so many characteristics. We build and nurture an identity before society. We are so many things, we have so many attributions, we place ourselves as owners of a certain character, we read and we give ourselves to read in a certain way.
We create images about ourselves, we have certain attitudes and ways of being at work, at home, in the exercise of our religiosity, with friends, with family members, with strangers, with our most intimate relationships, with ourselves ...
We are taught to believe that we must meet the expectations of others, to be a “respectable” person in this society in which disrespect is so naturalized, that we must obey, keep to certain standards, believe in certain “truths”. Sometimes we end up saying several "noes" to ourselves in order to meet the other "sims". We get lost in the midst of this personality forged to serve others, believing that only in this way can we be accepted, loved and recognized.
These molds end up taking us further and further away from ourselves. And making the return, the encounter with our spontaneity and essence is part of the path to self-knowledge and, consequently, to religare with oneself.
The neotanthra, through the teachings of Osho, meditative practices, breathing exercises, massages and other diverse experiences, helps us to see what we really are, connecting with the divine again.
It helps us to understand ourselves, to respect ourselves, to allow ourselves to rest when necessary, to look at ourselves with care, affection, love, appreciation, with deep acceptance and assent. Tuning in to high frequencies and attracting to us what really suits us. To understand what really makes sense to us in life, to put aside things that add nothing to us or make our hearts flutter. To value what really matters to us and fills our souls with ecstasy and joy. To feel that gratitude, love, smile and all high feelings represent the best prayers.
The expression "we are many in one" says far beyond that we have many masks in one person, but that all beings form one organism, that the other does not exist. There is no such thing as doing good or evil to others. Everything we do, we do to ourselves, as the unit we are.
The more we are able to be aware of this unity, the importance of diversity and each one, the more powerful and prosperous we will be in all areas of our lives. Therefore, let us seek self-knowledge.
Deepak Chopra says on pages 15 and 16 of the book The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success: “When you discover your essential nature, when you know who you really are, you find your full potential. It is in knowing oneself that the ability to realize all dreams lies, because you yourself represent the eternal possibility, the immeasurable potential of all that was and could be. The law of pure potentiality could also be called the law of unity, for under the infinite diversity of life is the unity of the person's spirit. There is no separation between you and this energy field. The field of pure potentiality is the SELF itself. And the more you search for your true nature - the SELF itself - the closer you come to the field of pure potential. ”
I deeply desire that people discover our essential nature, know who we are and find our full potential.
