When the mind quietens, silences and observes, the body reacts and manifests itself. In the process of self-knowledge, it is sometimes necessary to stop and "listen" to the body.

In this way, awareness arises of the way that your daily behavior has influenced the dynamics of your spiritual elevation vehicle, the body.

This awareness can be responsible for the beginning of a journey of intimate transformation of unwanted trends, for example.
