Tantra is Experience

Sometimes people who come to me are frustrated about the outcome of the Therapy, as they were expecting "an experience." They read other people's experiences. Other times, they want an immediate result.

Well, the desire to have "the experience" is already planted in your subconscious. One day, she will come. But you will achieve "the experience" if you leave your mind alone.

Each experience is unique and sometimes it is better to go through experiences that will dissolve our thoughts and dogmas each time and take us as far as we are prepared to go.

Your experience will be your experience.

Remembering the words of the Tantric Master Osho: You only get to experience if you leave your mind aside.
