Tantra and Meditation

According to some studies, the number of people who practice meditation is increasing over time and the tendency is for this number to grow more and more. Research emphasizes the importance of having a regular meditation habit. In fact, many consider meditation a necessity nowadays, as it is a natural form of healing, instead of undergoing heavy medications to obtain inner peace.
Meditation has many other benefits, in addition to just connecting with yourself, as repeatedly said by practitioners. In this case, meditation does not have to be a silent and lonely experience, and there are hundreds of practices, from musical meditation to laughter meditation or a simple walk observing your body's reactions. These are ways to connect with your inner self to find peace and enlightenment.
However, within Tantric Therapy, there is a form of meditation that helps you not only connect with yourself, but with another person at the same time. The purpose of massage is to achieve ecstasy through your sexual energy, thus achieving a deep understanding of the altered states of consciousness.
This knowledge can only be achieved if you are open to that experience. It must be made clear that this is not a sexual experience as you may be used to experiencing. Through practice, you will reach another level, they are sensations never felt, something never experienced at another time in your life. The point is to learn to feel your whole body and then take those feelings to the back of your mind.
The key point is to look inside yourself, to connect with your interior. In this way, what is hidden inside, is perceived and can be externalized, causing your body to react and here comes catharsis, which is the moment when the person is freed from his fears, his traumas; because she cleans herself and everything bad she feels disappears. She wants to be a new person, a better person, she wants to be free and then happy. It is an experience of all the senses combined, which has the ultimate goal as any meditative state: inner peace and the certainty that you have learned something important about yourself.
