Tantra flowing in affection
Many people ask me what Tantra is and how do I develop my work...
The first question is really challenging as it is impossible to define philosophies, let alone covertly.
Yes! For those who don't know Tantra is the study of a spiritual reality that spans millennia and that had to remain hidden in order to survive.
A philosophy so extensive, ancient and mysterious that it is difficult to find people who are completely in agreement when defining what it is.
As a therapist I feel that Tantra is the path that most affected me in the search for my own truth.
When I speak of Tantra, I am referring to the mysteries of feeling; feel yourself and (re)know yourself in your own experience, through a sacred and affectionate body.
When manifested through therapies, I flow into Affection.
Affect, which in Latin means affectus past participle of the verb afficere: To touch, to move the spirit and, by extension, to unite, to fix;
Affection, which makes me look at myself and my neighbor with love and warmth;
I affect as something that moves me to the path of the soul, to the purest state of love.
Tantric therapy, fluid in affect, makes you go back to your own sensations, in the realm of the body;
It allows you to understand that you are solely responsible for creating your own reality;
It makes you understand what you really want, and what really affects you, whether for good or for bad.
Achieving this awareness is not about talking about life itself, as we do on social media; it has more to do with Feeling, if your emotions and sensations flow with your true needs and desires.
Only when your soul becomes aware of the power that inhabits it, body and mind work together to satisfy it.
In the human condition: You create what you want when you want!
The big question is:
How aware are we of our own power?
Extreme rationality leads us to believe since childhood that the state of feeling can be replaced by consumption, which is not only about getting things but also about having people and relationships.
It is no wonder that today one of the most common diseases among humans is depression, which is totally related to the way we relate, with ourselves and with the other.
Here comes the need for the soul to listen to the signs of the body and then understand and accept itself as part of this great miracle that is life.
It is more urgent than ever, to remember that we are connected to All that exists, that there are no divisions and we are ourselves the creators of all the joy and misery that hover under the world.
Turning to the divinity that inhabits you is liberating. By identifying with the ego you become a prisoner of yourself (Self), identifying with the soul you are free.
By touching another soul, one also touches the endless cosmos of unconditional love, compassion and purity.
By letting yourself touch you realize that you are part of an abundant and generous universe.
And this can never be sold, because there is no separation: -You are part of it.
Here and now, it's up to us to decide what affects us!
I chose Tantra, because through this sacred portal I am affected by the heartbeat of the center of the earth: - From the earth I receive everything, in it I am all and only through it am I able to love myself, heal me and then share.
Remember that despite all the challenges of this new age, love was received when you were conceived.
If one day everyone (re)learns to embrace, touch and point out the imperfect corners of the soul with less rigor, life will become a game, we will stop fighting so much and celebrating will become something natural.
So if it is to be affected, I wish it to be for the purest and most tender state of love.
