In the therapeutic process that I propose, the primordial pillar is the integration of the BEING, balancing physical, mental, emotional, sexual creative energy aligning with the purest human essence, a discovery, a new path, the encounter with yourself.

Learning to feel the body and observe the fluctuations of the mind is extremely important, as they are the generators of emotions, whether positive or negative. All these emotions are part of you and any human individual, but they are not you. Discovering that it is possible to manage these emotions, from the moment they find their axis, is a powerful tool. Presence itself is the first step.

What is your understanding of creative potency and life force? And your energy, where is it? How are you relating to her? At what part of the mundane journey path did you disconnect from it?
