An invitation to self-observation

Without harshness, without judgments, without demands, without weights, without self-punishment, without feelings of guilt, I invite you to take a look at yourself with perception. An affectionate, careful and also welcoming look. And that can take you on a transformative path by realizing yourself in some ways at that moment.
How has your action been in the world?
Have you lived longer than survived?
Within your possibilities, do you care for the environment?
Have you been doing the things you like?
In fact, do you know what things you like?
Have you prioritized what you think is important?
Have you been able to work on something that makes you feel good?
Have you been nourished?
Have you been doing things that you find pleasurable?
Have you been looking to get to know yourself better?
Have you respected yourself?
Have you set the limits you need so you don't overload or suffer?
Have you given a lot of voice to fears?
Have you limited yourself?
Have you been meeting with quality with the people you love?
Have you noticed in life reasons to smile and thank you?
Have you been mistreated with judgments and charges?
Have you let the other's gaze determine your behavior?
Have you managed to follow with lightness and good humor?
Have you been able to look and take care of your body with affection?
Have you had time for you?
Have you liked what you see in the mirror?
Have you been celebrating your small victories and growth?
Have you had fun along the walk of life?
Have you been walking in the direction you really want?
Have you fed your dreams?
Have you been able to solve problems calmly, responsibly and assertively?
Have you loved yourself?
From time to time, it can be interesting to pause and ask ourselves if we are living in a way that we believe is worthwhile. If we want to continue in the same direction or if it is better to make adjustments, changes, seek to find other possibilities so that we can transform the things that have not done us well, to follow more in accordance with what our heart guides us.
With a lot of patience and respect for our own process. Without being tyrants of ourselves, but as a great friend, who gives a hand, encourages, guides, welcomes, hugs, listens with affection and attention, gives a lap, walks together and helps to grow with love.
Bringing light to these and other issues that we consider important can lead us to great opportunities for growth, development and improvement in the quality of life. So that we can leave the nostalgia for the beautiful things that have passed and the projections of happiness only for the future, and we can live with more presence, enjoying and valuing the step by step of the construction of our history.
