Do we go beyond massage?

Nthe beginning, years ago... I always found it challenging to talk about tantric massage, this is the kind of thing you need to feel, experience and experience in order to really be able to talk a little bit about it. Each individual is going through a particular stage of life, a different internal process, so I can tell you that no session you do will be the same as before and it doesn't end there... at the end of the massage time. In addition to the effect that can remain in the body for 72 hours after receiving the massage (step on clouds as many interactants describe) internal chips can drop gradually and over the days after you have performed the session and beyond you wonder where did this thing I'm feeling come from? and an insight comes up that you probably had or felt at the time of the massage a few days ago, that's very interesting. Indeed, each person is at a different time, different processes and journeys of life and therefore the experiences are very personal. But there is not a single person who does not have or cannot access this abundant source of inner flowering that massage provides.

I don't know if you've heard of expressions like: tantric gaze, tantric body, tantric philosophy of life ....

It ends up being really a way of living, of looking at life and relating, tantric massage is a way to do that and they are for tasters and for those who want to truly appreciate and savor the good things in life.

By working on bioenergetics and amplification, the TATO (1) tactile stimuli (through the touch of the sensitive massage which moves energy through the therapist's fingertips throughout the interactant's entire body, stimulating the entire skin, causing orgasmic pulses and working the body's bioelectricity and vibration. The brain also increases the production of endorphins, substances that reduce the stress, as you go into a relaxed state and your brain waves reach the alpha state. To more quickly reach this state of relaxation and quiet of the mind that doesn't want to stop thinking for a second (yes we can have about 70 thousand thoughts a day! Got tired just thinking, didn't you? And even imagine that a good part of them are negative and they don't help at all, they just increase depression or anxiety about ourselves or about the world) I added in my brief practical sessions of Mindfulness meditation (focus and mindfulness) before starting the session to obtain greater intensity in the final result and the interactant to be more present in the body, thus being able to raise their levels of perception and awareness.

Taking this hook about presence and meditation practices I suggest a lot to you who like to read, the book of Eckhart Tolle - The Power of Now and I’m going to talk a little bit about feeling present in a world where we only speed up and lead us to enter automatic mode so often that we don’t seem to be in real control of our lives.

I've heard older people saying: Before the fruit tasted better ... when I was younger ... in childhood it had everything more flavor! And there was .... lol.

In fact, things still have flavor, a fruit, a hug, a kiss as if it were the first and the most passionate... We are the ones who are putting on "bumpers" so as not to feel (which makes sense because we want to avoid many pains already suffered what bioenergetics calls breastplates (2)protective, but on the other hand it makes us lose the beauty of even simple things. We are little by little going into the automatic mode of life and losing our connection with ourselves, and with pleasure. Small and wonderful sensory phenomena (because the massage will expand this repertoire of the senses!) happen between sessions. They've already happened to me and I think it's great when I hear an experience from the interactors.

Once I was just looking at a summer rain falling, a light breeze and I felt my whole body melt and vibrate with it, for being there feeling grateful, alive. I wondered if it was crazy (good crazy of course) or maybe because I was getting a lot of massages at the time and I was also going through changes when I got up the courage and tried to describe it and share this feeling with a friend who works with tantra in Lisbon. He said he felt the same way once seeing a bird flying in the sky. I think this is fantastic and they are also effects of the massage! When an interactor experiences this and tells me, I get very excited. One of them felt like watching an orchestra with his wife! It's a delicious internal vibration, a state slow motion (3) is to be present in the here and now. Life gets more graceful and doesn't just pass us by.

Forgiveness, acceptance, the path of healing ..... tantric therapy helps you access.

It's like an icerberg, many things you are aware of and I know, but so many others go unnoticed and we hide in a basement that is never really closed and on the other hand we also don't want to access it and we avoid it thinking that that issue is already resolved but the point is that it is never resolved: and not having a face-to-face encounter with it you will never get the cure you need. Nothing is more important than understanding this and it is that way with all of us. You will be surprised to see how many things are still unresolved within you.

A great opportunity to surface what was submerged in this iceberg and thus access emotional and bodily memories (past relationships, blocks, traumas, shyness, lack of affection in childhood etc...) and thereby promise the forgiveness of these passages and thus achieving a healing that you so much need for your life to be fuller and transform you for the relationships to come.
