For example, if you are at risk for life, your sympathetic system releases adrenaline in your body so that it stays on and has the best decision possible at that moment. What happens is that this state of stress remains, due to too many worries. Entering a state of overload, where anyone around you can be the next victim of that emotional discharge.
Why release all that burden on someone if I can find tools to release it in a healthy way?
Active Meditation comes as a form of catharsis to release all this energetic density. Also, it is a great gateway for those who are very agitated and cannot sit still to meditate. Through movements we develop the state of attention and, consequently, meditation. In meditation we also learn to access relaxation by letting the parasympathetic system work in our body.
Are you able to voluntarily access a state of relaxation?
After the movements proposed in active meditation, remaining inert in a state of relaxation is a delight. It invigorates and harmonizes the Being, in fact, there are many benefits that meditation can bring you.
How willing are you to challenge yourself and do something different for your good? The change comes when we are willing to overcome what challenges us.
Meditation is for everyone, with no exceptions or excuses. Everyone needs to find inner peace to finally find out who you are and what you came here to do.
