It is a practice where we have mindfulness, concentration, present moment in a very conscious way. The goal is to observe every movement, situation and breath. We are more focused on everything we are going to do, be it a meditation, meal, physical exercises, among other tasks in our routine.
It requires intention in practice, it takes constancy, dedication and frequency. They are practices that connect action and thought. For those who suffer from anxiety and find it easy to emotionally explode mindfulness is a powerful tool to help manage these emotions.
