One of my insights from yesterday is that tantra is knowing how to inhabit yourself. Realizing when control is welcome and when I can let go. It's feeling my body. And in this feeling, I discover my genuine movement. Tantra is so much greater that it is impossible to define it. Breathing is a way to feel my internal labyrinth. Breathing is the magic of life. With the special guidance of an alchemist, it is possible to access this magic, explore this rich forest through the breath of life. The air that comes in, the air that goes out. Dying and being reborn every second is our home in this world. My body surrendered to its own rhythm through breathing. I wanted to give up. But, I continued despite the discomfort. I achieved pleasure and magic. I realized limitations and control. I noticed repetitive patterns. I felt the power of this body and the infinite possibilities I can achieve if I grant permission. So, Breathing goes beyond maintaining life, it involves moving the capacity for internal transformation. It seems simple and maybe it is. But, I also realized that we run away from the simplicity of breathing that leads to the contemplation of the entire being. Light and shadow, wholeness. Breathing with awareness is being present in your own flesh, it is listening to the whisper of the soul saying that there is nothing beyond, it is an illusion. There is only the dance of life showing impermanence through breathing. The biggest lesson of this meditation for me is that between the first and last breath of life here on Earth, I can work magic in this body just by giving conscious space to Breathe.
