Training in Rebirthing and Circular Breathing Therapies in Belo Horizonte (BH)/MG

A training program designed for people who wish to delve deeper into the field of conscious breathing and Rebirthing.

The Rebirthing Training Course offers interested individuals the opportunity to learn a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing, and expanding consciousness: their own breath!

The Rebirthing Training is a theoretical and experiential course where, in addition to the important theoretical background for understanding the process, the experience itself is responsible for the development of each participant.

Rebirthing (from the original English Rebirthing Breathwork) is a breathing practice that offers various therapeutic effects, expanded consciousness, and meditative states. The main tool is Circular Breathing, a connected breathing technique.

Rebirthing has been used to dissolve blockages, traumas, fears, and sadness. The Circular Breathing practiced in this work supports the release of emotional stress accumulated since birth, increasing the power of the immune system and leading to a healing integration between the unconscious mind and consciousness. It's an experience that allows for a deep dive into the layers of being, experiencing everything from trauma healing to transcendence, in a reconnection with one's own essence.

Breathing offers a way to restore the body's and being's self-regulating capacity. By providing an intense movement of the body's energy, it is possible to re-establish physical, emotional, and mental health, in a state of connection and observation of each person's inner wisdom.

In addition to Rebirthing, several other dynamics are introduced using Circular Breathing, expanding the participants' experiential possibilities and offering variations on the therapeutic possibilities of Connected Breathing techniques.
 

The Dynamics of the Course

The course combines theoretical and experiential approaches to Rebirthing and circular breathing therapies.

The first module is entirely online, via Zoom, taking place over a Saturday and Sunday. This module covers all the theoretical aspects of the therapeutic process.

The second module is entirely in-person, taking place at Kaya Terapias in Belo Horizonte. It lasts 4 days and always happens during a long weekend.

Location where the course will be held.

Kaya Terapias is located in a prime area of ​​Belo Horizonte, very close to the Savassi and Hospital Districts. 

The course is not an immersion course, meaning participants return to their homes or hotels to spend the night. If you prefer to stay overnight at the course location, this is possible, but you must contact them beforehand to check prices and availability. 

During the course, meals will be served at lunchtime and snacks during the morning and afternoon breaks.
