RENAISSANCE MEETING in Belo Horizonte (BH)/MG

Rebirth Meetings at Kaya Terapias take place on some Tuesday evenings or some Saturday mornings.
These are group experiences lasting approximately 2h30, where participants will be guided by the rebirthing therapist on a journey of transformation, based on the circular breathing technique.

Breathing therapeutically is an experience of healing, understanding and intellectual clarity, of releasing and catharsing emotions and dissolving repressed energies. It is the engagement of the mind, body, emotions and spirit in a world of transformation and personal evolution.
