Flow Dance is a therapeutic and personal development movement for all bodies, both for people who already recognize themselves in dance or want to explore this inner journey.
An invitation to fluid movement, beyond performance and choreography, stimulating freedom of expression of the body and emotions, free from judgment based on therapeutic guidelines.
It aims to rescue body awareness, through dialogue with the wisdom of the body, incorporating pillars such as breathing, sound and movement.
Exploring the language of inner nature, originating from the presence of Being, decoding movements embodied in dance.
FLOW DANCE meetings always take place on Fridays at 19pm
