Hello! My name is Indira Couto, Psychoanalyst, Psychotherapist, majoring in Nutrition, Orthomolecular and Postgraduate in Sexology. specialized in human sexuality and advanced tantric therapist, trained through Deva Nishok techniques, Individual, Sexual, LGBTQIA+, Couple and Family care. I provide online and face-to-face sessions. During the sessions, we started from the principle that our emotions and behavior are linked to how we evaluate our experiences and what meanings we give to them.
We question our thoughts, beliefs, feelings and experiences, as support for dysfunctional behaviors and thoughts that keep suffering.
