The theoretical explanations were very enlightening, the group didactics very well supervised which helped me to have more confidence and freedom. The result was a very remarkable and intense experience, completely changed my way of looking at this wonderful gift that is our life and also the way we look at others. I arrived with a lot of expectations for the new, for the unknown and the practices allowed me to know about myself that until then had no idea and I conclude that even this experience allowed me to really know myself and opened the windows of possibilities and self-knowledge. Changed my concepts in relation to the senses, body language and especially the power of orgasms !!! During my first researches, I doubted all manifestations and only feeling I could understand the greatness of orgasmic potential that we have and most of the times asleep by the rush of modern times!! It's been 72 hours and I still feel the intensity of the orgasmic spasms that mine body responds and at the least stimulus vibrates throughout, I feel lighter and more understanding of the feeling of gratitude!!
