When I signed up three months before the meeting I had the expectation that I would learn more tantric techniques. Before participating in the Tantra for Women (PMS) experience, I felt sexually blocked due to my separation, in addition to being shy. I experienced great stress because of the pandemic. During quarantine, like many people, I was very afraid of contracting covid. Even being a person with an introspective nature, I always liked to live with human beings, to walk... I adapted to this new way of coexistence. After the two doses of the vaccine, now it's time to go back to work in person, when I find myself more anxious, I was unaccustomed to the routine of working outside the home, etc. In the meantime, we got to know your YouTube channel and along with my partner, and we were delighted with your visible professionalism when addressing various issues related to Tantra. We decided to dive into the immersion proposed by you. Already on the first day, as one who likes theories, I loved the presentation of the books you use as research on tantra, yoga and the like. Afterwards, the practice of breathing was such a relief for the anxiety I was in. On the other days, with the practices of sensitive, lingan and yoni, I no longer remembered the turmoil related to returning to face-to-face work and the extra pounds I gained in quarantine. I have always been a woman who was taught from an early age to be like a man, to live and defend herself. I had never been in a women's circle like the one I participated in.
