My intentions with this treatment were to enhance my sexual, creative energy and learn to lead and direct it to walk in search of my dreams. And what I discovered was myself! I admit that when I arrived at the space I was very nervous, distressed and scared. But Garima, with all her love and patience, started talking to me and explaining what the process would be like, she made me laugh and relax, leaving me ready to start. The space was comfortable with a very good energy, she made me feel very comfortable, I remember that the room had a very good smell. When I lay down, she asked me to close my eyes and played music with intense breathing in the background, guiding me to follow that breathing. At first it seemed like something simple, just breathing with relaxing music in the background, after a while I started to feel my body reacting, it started with a tingling in my hands and spread to the part of my body that touched the mat, Garima's voice present. in the background. After the anger and crying passed, I was completely calm, so much so that there came a moment when I felt completely light, relaxed, it made me really want to pray and be grateful for the moment I was living. Suddenly I floated, I don't know how to explain what happened, I think I meditated, because I wasn't thinking about anything, I was just at the height of pleasure, of love, I was gone for a few minutes. When I realized I was another person, I no longer had the tightness in my heart that I carried with me. When I opened my eyes I saw her smiling at me, with love and tenderness, it was beautiful, everything I needed after all that. I calmly got up and we talked about what happened, she explained it to me and read my feelings with me. It was exactly what I wanted, I left there feeling light and renewed. Obviously, I'm not cured, that depends on me and my day-to-day life with my thoughts and feelings, but there I broke a big barrier, now I feel strong to continue and overcome my problems.
