Throughout my journey, I have delved into different paths of self-knowledge and self-care, such as... Tantra, BioenergeticsMassage therapyAyurveda Yoga, Naturopathy, Sum (Anarchist Collective Body Therapy) and Psychology, integrating this knowledge into a sensitive, ethical, and personalized approach.

I try to create safe spaces for connection and sensitive listening, where each person is invited to reconnect with their body, to relearn how to access their... feelings, desires, limits and potentialbuilding a life with more pleasure, affection, freedom and authenticity.

After working and teaching in different Tantra schools, I developed a own methodology, based on consent and a wide range of body and energy therapy techniques.

Each session is built from dialogue, of the agreement and of singularity of the person arriving, therefore, customized.

I also dedicate myself to the study of Gender, Ethnic-racial relations, Sexualities and Non-Monogamy. Recognizing the impact of culture and the deconstruction of social oppressions on the experience of sexuality, pleasure, and relationships, I work from an anti-racist and diversity-affirming perspective, utilizing Tantra and Bioenergetics as pathways to... empowerment, care and collective (re)construction.
